Subcontracting from Demanders covers all stages and can be adapted to enable work with a number of different materials. We are able to machine aluminium, stainless steel, steel, castings, plastic, titanium, hardened steel, brass, and copper.
Our machinery comprises a number of CNC machines, including lathes, bed milling machines, and vertical and horizontal milling machines. We are also able to offer circular grinding, hole grinding, surface grinding, manual milling, painting, pull broaching, manual turning, trapezoid threading, assembly, tumbling, etching/stamping, scraping, and external surface treatments. This service includes, for example, black-finishing, zinc-plating, electropolishing, anodisation, hard anodisation, and hardening, etc.
The fact that we have become something of a specialist when it comes to manufacturing fixtures does not mean that we have lost the ability to manufacture large runs.
